Return Policy
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
You must receive prior authorization to return an item.
Send an email within 3 days to get authorization. From the date you receive a reply you have 10 days to return the item.
Non-defective merchandise returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be in its original packing. The inner packaging must not bear any markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Please note, clearance items are only returnable if they are defective.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us by email. You have must contact us within 15 days of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed.
Always remember, you must comply with procedures established by UPS, the US Postal Service, trucking lines and other shippers, or your claim may be denied.
LOST ORDERS
It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes carriers do lose orders. If you have an order and have not received it in a reasonable time , do the following:
Email us with all the information that is on your order form that you filled out with your order. Do this in a timely fashion, don’t wait months, do this within 30 days of the order date.
